According to Art. No. 9 of the Law of Ukraine on the Protection of Consumer Rights, the consumer has the right to return goods of good quality within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase, unless a longer period is declared by the seller. However, there is a list of goods of good quality that are not subject to exchange and return. BEAUTYDERM products belong to the category of perfumes and cosmetics indicated in the above list, therefore they cannot be returned.
